Members of HealthPerx Plus LifeLine Assistance Program can call psychological, legal and financial telephone counselors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year who will help them talk through these problems of any size.
When treatment or assistance is needed beyond the scope of the telephonic assistance the HealthPerx Plus LifeLine counselors will coordinate care with the appropriate professionals. Our member’s enjoy a free 30 minute telephonic consultation for each type of provider and a free 30 minute face to face consultation with each type of provider each year. If our members need more assistance they enjoy additional face to face access to some of the best professionals in their local area at discounts of up to 25% from the provider’s regular fee.
